🔒 Custom Press-On Order Policy – The Slay Haus

At The Slay Haus, each set is handcrafted with care, creativity, and precision. To ensure a smooth experience for both you and our shop, please review the following policy before placing your custom order:

🕒 Processing Time

All custom press-on nail orders have a processing time of 2–3 weeks, not including shipping time.
Why? Because every set is made-to-order, designed specifically for you — which takes time, love, and top-quality products. 💅

🎨 Custom Design Disclaimer

While we aim to replicate your chosen design or inspo image as closely as possible, each set is:

  • Handmade and unique

  • Subject to slight variations in color, layout, or art details

  • Tailored to your nail size, shape, and chosen length

✨ No two hands are exactly alike — but we promise to get it pretty darn close!

📸 Inspo Pics & Design Notes

For custom orders, please:

  • Upload clear inspiration photos and any specific notes or requests via the custom form

  • Include nail size, shape, and length if not already provided

  • If something is unclear, we’ll reach out to clarify before beginning your set

❌ Order Cancellations

Because all Slay Haus press-ons are custom made-to-order, production often begins shortly after your order is received.

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours

  • After that, all sales are final and non-refundable

  • This includes changes to sizing, length, or design inspo

We appreciate your understanding as each set is made just for you — with time, care, and premium materials 💅✨

🔁 All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can assist

🚫 Sizing Responsibility

  • Please ensure your nail sizes are correct before ordering

  • Sizing kits are available for purchase and highly recommended

  • The Slay Haus is not responsible for sets that do not fit due to incorrect size submission

🛍️ Shipping Delays or Issues

Once your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
However, if your tracking shows unusual delays or your item is lost or damaged, don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to help you track it down or file a claim.
